AGCO’s Electronic Gaming Laboratory receives ISO accreditation
The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario’s Electronic Gaming Laboratory has achieved accreditation for ISO/IEC 17025:2005, the recognized international accreditation standard for quality assurance of testing laboratories.
This achievement makes Ontario the first known gaming jurisdiction with an ISO accredited gaming test laboratory and provides a third party demonstration that the AGCO’s Electronic Gaming Laboratory has the capabilities and competence to perform the necessary tests to ensure that electronic gaming equipment and gaming management systems satisfy all technical standards and requirements.
In applying for ISO/IEC 17025:2005 designation, the AGCO sought to continue to provide the highest standard of customer service and quality testing services for its stakeholders. Moving forward, the AGCO will continue to achieve maximum efficiency in testing, reduce costs, improve turnaround times and maintain high standards of professionalism.
