CGCE and Athabasca University to offer Gaming Leadership Certificate Program
The Canadian Gaming Centre of Excellence (CGCE) has partnered with Athabasca University's Faculty of Business to offer an online Gaming Leadership Certificate Program for professionals within the Canadian gaming industry.
Encompassing nine courses in total – four delivered through Athabasca University and five through the CGCE – the program aims to equip industry employees with the insight, education and training required to meet the future leadership requirements of the ever growing Canadian casino industry.
“This tiered online university certificate program not only provides candidates aspiring to be leaders in our gaming organizations with a Gaming Leadership Certificate but gives them the opportunity to complete their MBA online through Athabasca University as well,” reads the program's description, adding, “There is no travel involved”.
